Who is a female inspiration/role model to you and why?
Sheryl Sandburg as she is a female who has balanced work, life, and a family and has also faced life adversity. She continues to inspire people from all generations and backgrounds.
Why does inclusion matter to you?
Inclusion is so important as it brings alternative views to everything that we do. I love when I work with a diverse team on a client project as we all look at things in a different way. It allows us to be curious and creative and create different views for our clients. It is fundamental for our business.
