Who is a female inspiration/role model to you and why?
Sheila Penrose, JLL’s Board of Directors member, is a female inspiration to me. I had the honor of listening to her at the 2019 Women's Summit and I was impacted by her ideas and trajectory. Since this event, she has been my role model.
How are you inspiring women to achieve their ambitions at JLL?
Through my leadership in JLL’s Women’s Business Network in Brazil, I encourage women not to miss opportunities to share their ideas and opinions.
