Who is a female inspiration/role model to you and why?
Chairman of JLL’s Board Sheila Penrose has served as a huge inspiration for me and my professional career. It’s my privilege to know Sheila as a leader in driving diversity at the firm, a mentor and a friend.
Why does inclusion matter to you?
Bringing together unique perspectives helps shape us into a company that looks and feels like the world in which we operate. It's about doing what's best for the company, employees, investors and clients.
How are you inspiring women to achieve their ambitions at JLL?
It all starts with true leadership commitment. It’s my honor to participate in the JLL Women’s Summit every year. Those types of gatherings are focused on removing barriers for all and ensuring you can bring your whole selves to work.
