Naveen Jaggi joined JLL in 2014 and leads Retail Transaction and Advisory Services for the U.S. and Canada.
Responsible for the overall strategy, business development and growth of the platform, Naveen has been instrumental in driving our retail business to produce effective, best-in-class connections and collaborations. Additionally, Naveen is Chairman of the Global Retail Board that oversees our retail cross-border initiatives.
With over 20 years retail real estate experience, Naveen brings a client-focused familiarity with all aspects of retail in the U.S and abroad. He specializes in multi-market entry strategy, site selection analytics, acquisition underwriting, portfolio optimization and disposition strategy.
Prior to joining JLL, Naveen served as Senior Managing Director, Retailer Services, at CBRE, where he oversaw and managed all tenant representation matters for the retail division for the U.S., Canada and Mexico.
Throughout his career, Naveen has represented a diverse client base: from big-box retailers to apparel and lifestyle clients (including Walgreens, Ikea, JC Penney, Staples and Dollar General), and global corporate service firms (such as Shell Oil Company, Ford Motor Company and AT&T).
Naveen earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Stephen F. Austin State University. He serves on the ICSC (Innovating Commerce Serving Communities) Board of Trustees and ICSC Food and Beverage Committee.
