Jeff Eckert is responsible for leasing and marketing office buildings within JLL’s portfolio, alongside new business development for the office division. He brings a strategic and proactive approach to the marketing and leasing of assets. As well as established broker relationships, Jeff's financial background allows him to effectively communicate with the owners he represents.
During his real estate career, Jeff has generated over 5 million square feet of transactions.
Before joining JLL, Jeff was a Senior Vice President at Trammell Crow Company and CB Richard Ellis. Before that, he held positions with Trilogy, Inc., Applied Materials, Inc. and PwC.
Jeff received a B.B.A. in accounting from Southern Methodist University in Dallas in 1995. He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and a licensed Texas Real Estate Salesman. Additionally, he is a member of The Salesmanship Club of Dallas, The RISE School of Dallas Touchdown Club, Co-chair of the RISE School of Dallas Broker's Cup Golf Tournament, Highland Park United Methodist Church and President of the Bradfield Elementary Dad's Club (HPISD).
His recent awards include: Champion of Excellence for Jones Lang LaSalle in 2017; Top Achiever for Jones Lang LaSalle, 2010 and 2011; Gold Achiever for Jones Lang LaSalle, 2012; Special Achievement New Business Driver for Jones Lang LaSalle, 2010: selected by D Magazine as being a D CEO Power Broker; continually named in The Best Commercial Real Estate Brokers in Dallas by D CEO Magazine; DFW Jones Lang LaSalle Executive & Management Committee; continually selected as one of Dallas Business Journal's Top Brokers in North Texas. Jeff is a member of JLL's National Investor Accounts Team.
