With 18 years of consulting experience, Tania operates in a team of
140+ individuals across Middle East and Africa. Tania has extensive knowledge
of real estate supply and demand modelling and analysis, master planning
support, financial modeling, portfolio advisory, development strategies, as
well as supporting clients and investors with market entry strategies and
expansion roadmaps.

Experience

Tania Toma is a Senior Director and Head of GCC Region for the
Strategic Consulting in MEA at JLL. With 18 years of experience in real estate
at JLL, Tania guides clients in creating market-responsive real estate
strategies that drive commercial success across the GCC. Her portfolio
encompasses projects across various landmark and mega-developments throughout
the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and the broader GCC region. Tania has successfully
navigated multiple market cycles throughout her real estate career.
