Stéphanie Philippot joined JLL Belux in 2024 as a Consultant. She is responsible for the office leasing activities in Luxembourg, where she provides comprehensive commercial real estate services to clients seeking office spaces in the Luxembourg market.

With specialized knowledge of the Luxembourg office market since 2022, Stéphanie offers strategic insights on market trends, property valuations, and transaction opportunities. Her combined experience in real estate and media gives her a unique perspective on commercial property marketing and client relationships in the Luxembourg market.

Previous Experience

Prior to joining JLL, Stéphanie worked at Property and Inowai, where she gained valuable experience in the luxemburgish real estate sector. She began her real estate career in residential properties in 2021 before transitioning to the office market in 2022. Before her career change, Stéphanie spent eight years (2013-2021) working in the media sector before following her passion into real estate.

Education

Stéphanie completed her degree in Marketing and Communication at a French Business School. She further enhanced her real estate knowledge through specialized real estate training at the Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce.
