Marc is one of the leading real estate advisors in thehospitality industry with over 15 years of experience. With a key focus aroundhotel capital markets, with a specialism in Institutional Capital, Marc hastransacted on over £3bn of transactions on both a buy-side and sell-sidecapacity over the past 10 years.
Since 2021, Marc has been working as an ExecutiveVice President within the JLL EMEA Capital Markets - Hotels and Hospitalityteam. Prior to joining JLL, he worked at CBRE for over 8 years in a range ofdifferent investment advisory and capital markets functions. His specialismsinclude buy-side and sell-side advisory which encompasses deal origination,underwriting, financial modelling and analysis, pricing, contract negotiation,deal management and execution.
Education/Qualifications
Marc has a Bachelor of Commerce and Postgraduate Degreefrom the University of Johannesburg in Finance and Investment Management. Inaddition, Marc is CFA Charterholder, having passed all three levels.
