As the signing authority for all RICS valuations in Belux, she delivers critical valuation insights for loan security, financial reporting, strategic planning, and transaction support across diverse real estate investments.
Greet has built a reputation for exceptional client service and delivery excellence, specializing in portfolio valuations for Belgian REITs, insurance companies, and international investors. Her comprehensive understanding of all asset classes within the commercial real estate market in the Belux makes her a trusted advisor for clients navigating complex property decisions.
Before joining the Valuation team, Greet spent a decade in JLL's Property Management Department, focusing on offices and retail warehousing. She began her real estate career with AG Real Estate, building a solid foundation for her current leadership role.
A qualified Construction Engineer (2001) and RICS member, Greet previously served as Head of EMEA Healthcare Valuations, further broadening her sectoral expertise.
Trilingual in Dutch, English, and French, Greet brings linguistic versatility that enhances her ability to serve JLL's diverse client base throughout the Belux region.
