Donya is an Associate Director within the Value and Risk Advisory business at JLL.
Key areas of expertise include the valuation of:
- Mixed-use investment schemes: Typically private residential with retail / leisure uses and;
- Mixed-use investment portfolios;
- Residential lead, mixed-use development
Donya is commercially trained and has subsequently worked within both Commercial & Residential disciplines.
She is regularly instructed to provide valuation advice in relation to multi-disciplinary projects, operating in the Greater London markets as well as the South East of England and Home Counties.
She has extensive experience in leading the valuation of national portfolios. Donya has been a RICS Registered Valuer since 2020.
Client base comprises both high street and challenger banks, specialist lenders, developers, investors, and professional services firms.
