Charlotte Maes

Charlotte Maes serves as Director in the Tenant Representation department at JLL Belgium since April 2023, where she advises large corporate occupiers facing complex real estate challenges across the Brussels and Flanders markets. With specialized expertise in developing and implementing strategic real estate solutions, Charlotte excels in lease acquisitions and renegotiations, consistently delivering exceptional outcomes for her clients.

She first joined JLL in 2019 in Malaysia's Office Leasing Advisory team before joining JLL Belgium in 2022 as Senior Advisor in the Tenant Representation department, where she was promoted to Director in April 2023. Prior to her JLL career, she spent nearly eight years (2011-2019) at Alides, a renowned international investor and developer, where she was responsible for the commercialization of office and warehouse properties, providing her with valuable landlord-side expertise that now benefits her tenant representation clients.

Her comprehensive understanding of both landlord and tenant perspectives, coupled with her international experience and deep knowledge of the Belgian market, enables Charlotte to provide tailored advisory services that align with corporate occupiers' business objectives. She serves clients in Dutch, English, and French, reflecting the multilingual demands of the Brussels and Flanders markets.

Charlotte's academic background combines business and specialized real estate expertise, holding a Master in Business Administration from VUB (2011) and a Postgraduate Degree in Real Estate from KU Leuven (2019), providing her with the comprehensive foundation that complements her extensive practical experience in the commercial real estate sector.
