Current Responsibilities

With over 20 years of experience in marketing, international sales, and client relations, Carla Catalão currently serves as a Leasing Advisory Consultant at JLL Porto. She specializes in consulting for business clients who need to expand, dispose, relocate, or renew office spaces in the Porto market, aligning real estate strategies with commercial objectives. She began her career at JLL in 2021 in the Residential area, progressed to the Developments department in 2022, and joined the Leasing Markets team in 2023, where she assumed her current position.

Experience

Carla holds a Master's degree in Tourism Marketing from the University of Surrey and a degree in International Relations from the University of Minho, complemented by specialized training in Online Marketing. Her diverse professional background includes roles in sales management, product management, and leadership positions in marketing, communication, and international relations. She has also served as an advisor to government officials and held positions in the banking, tourism, and hospitality sectors. This multifaceted experience gives her a unique perspective on client needs, allowing her to apply her analytical skills and problem-solving abilities to deliver solutions tailored to each client's specific requirements.
