Adem Yasar

Adem Yasar serves as Director of Development Advisory & Value and Risk Advisory at JLL Belux since 2022. As a key member of the Luxembourg Value and Risk Advisory team at Jones Lang LaSalle Luxembourg, he conducts valuations across all commercial real estate classes for major national and international clients.

With over 11 years of experience in the Luxembourg real estate market, Adem is a valuation specialist providing comprehensive appraisal services across all commercial real estate classes. His valuation expertise encompasses portfolio analysis, market value determinations for investors and financial institutions. Additionally, he assists clients with development and redevelopment projects, leveraging his solid understanding of local regulations (PAG/PAP) to maximize property potential and investment returns.

Adem began his career in Luxembourg in 2013 with a local brokerage firm. In 2016, he joined Nhood where he contributed significantly to the commercialization of the Cloche d'Or shopping centre. He also served as Shopping Centre Director for Accessite, a French property management company based in Paris, where he oversaw retail asset operations and tenant relationships. Prior to joining JLL in 2022, he was responsible for the development of Lidl's brand expansion throughout Luxembourg.

Adem holds a Master's degree in International Relations (2011) complemented by a Master's degree in Real Estate (2017), providing him with both broad perspective and specialized industry expertise.
