LONDON, December 2025: The Shaw Foundation has signed TOGETHER, a London-based conference and event operator, for the entire first floor at 88 Wood Street, the late Lord Richard Rogers-designed landmark in the City of London.

The deal sees TOGETHER taken the first floor on a 10-year lease. Founded by Elliott Sparsis, former head of UK at Convene and ex-Blackstone, TOGETHER focuses on bringing purpose to in-person meetings. The company will launch this flagship venue in March 2026.

The venue will feature a 500-person theatre with an integrated 10-metre LED wall, a second 300-person theatre, and a 750 sqm gallery space accommodating up to 50 exhibition stands, with in-house food and beverage services.

Raymond Chan, chairman of The Shaw Foundation, said: "Working closely with our asset managers, Capital Real Estate Partners, we continue to implement our strategic business plan which is to create a best-in-class office destination. Our investment to date provides a BREEAM 'Excellent' rated building with exceptional amenities including a newly configured reception and end of trip facilities, a reFIT gym, 88 Beans reception café, a planned c.2,000 sq ft communal roof terrace and 4,000 sq ft communal lounge on the 12th floor to be unveiled in 2026. TOGETHER is another part of our commitment to providing market-leading amenities for our occupiers."

Elliott Sparsis, founder and CEO of TOGETHER, commented: "This partnership with The Shaw Foundation allows us to deliver a venue that meets the growing demand for high-quality, professionally managed meeting and event spaces within prime London offices."

This deal follows The Shaw Foundation's strong letting performance in 2025, with 82,000 sq ft let across four floors to Together, Sportradar and IG Group.

RX London and JLL acted for The Shaw Foundation and Newmark acted for TOGETHER.

The Shaw Foundation is a well-known charitable trust in Hong Kong, supporting education, healthcare, relief of hardship and community programmes globally, with a particular focus on scientific advancement and initiatives in arts and culture education.
