JLL appoints Kaye Walker as head of clients within property management

29 July 2025 – JLL has named Kaye Walker head of clients within its UK property management business. Kaye has stepped up from her role as head of engagement, and head of Bewonder*, JLL property management’s marketing and customer experience agency where she worked with several of their key clients.
Having established Bewonder* in 2015 and led it through a period of sustained growth, Kaye has held several leadership roles across the UK property management business. She has considerable experience in building and nurturing successful teams, and helping clients drive profitable growth.
Kaye will lead the client and markets teams including consulting, Bewonder*, and residential, and provide strategic direction for JLL’s ongoing transformation programme as it aims to revolutionise the property management industry.
JLL has also announced a series of promotions within its property management client leadership team to strengthen the delivery of client services.
Catherine Thomas has been appointed as head of Central London for property management, having most recently acted as its co-head since 2022. With more than 25 years’ property management experience Catherine is a market leader in Central London assets including 22 Bishopsgate, 70 St Mary Axe, and 40 Leadenhall Street at JLL. And previously The Broadgate Tower, Ropemaker Place, The Leadenhall Building and Broadgate with British Land.
Jessica Ogden and Hannah Varley will also both step up into client lead roles.
