The German residential investment market totalled €8.89 billion in 2025 compared to €9.84 billion in 2024, with Q4 recording €2.46 billion—the year's strongest quarterly performance and a 21.7% increase from Q3. Despite the annual volume decline,market activity showed encouraging momentum with 259 annual transactions (+7% from 2024) and 75 Q4 deals, exceeding the previous year's quarter by 7.1%.
