DIFI Report

The German Real Estate Finance Index (DIFI) has fallen again in the final quarter of 2022, reaching a new low. The experts’ assessment of the current financing situation of the last six months and the outlook over the coming six months has worsened in the final quarter of the year.

The DIFI survey is compiled and published quarterly by JLL in cooperation with the Center for European Economic Research.
