Sean oversees JLL's strategic investor relations initiatives and stakeholder relationships
Sean Coghlan leads Investor Relations for JLL. In this role, he oversees the firm’s investor relations team and the advancement of JLL’s strategic finance and investor relations priorities. Sean’s background lies in deep real estate industry expertise, macro and micro market analytics across public and private real estate markets, and the translation of industry themes to strategies for JLL and its clients around the world, with experience working across the major sectors.
Since joining JLL in 2010, Sean has held several leadership positions. Sean previously served as the Global Head of Research & Strategy for the Capital Markets business, driving strategic insights, market analytics and strategy for the business globally. In that role, Sean was a member of the Global Research Executive Board and the Expanded Global Capital Markets Board. Prior to that, he served as the Head of Investor Research for the Americas.
Sean received his Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he concentrated in Real Estate and Management. He additionally completed Masters-level coursework at the Rotterdam School of Management in the fields of International and Strategic Management.
