The office vacancy rate fell slightly to 5.2% in the first quarter of 2026 (previous quarter: 5.3%).

Significantly differing trends in vacancy rates were observed across the submarkets.

New-build activity has decreased significantly compared with previous years. Furthermore, it is evident that some properties are being repurposed and are consequently no longer available on the market for office letting.
