Commercial Property Price Index

The Commercial Property Price Index is the sole commercial price index in Dubai, which uses official transactions data recorded by the Dubai Land Department to provide a broad measure of movement in sale prices for properties classified as commercial. The index consists of three components, City-level commercial property index, city-level office index, city-level retail index. This publication will be issued on a quarterly basis and will be a key benchmark for analyzing the performance of commercial real estate in Dubai.
