About
Jeremy Sheldon is the Head of Leasing and Client Partnerships for JLL Asia Pacific, responsible for setting the business’s strategic direction, driving growth, and overseeing key client relationships across the region.
Working closely with his leadership team, he focuses on innovation and the integration of new technologies to enhance JLL’s service offerings and meet the evolving needs of clients in the region’s dynamic real estate markets. He is also a Member of JLL’s Asia Pacific Executive Board.
With a career spanning nearly 40 years in commercial real estate, Jeremy has extensive expertise in leasing, transactions, and global market strategy. He began his career at DTZ in 1986, before relocating to Hong Kong in 1990 to establish JLL’s tenant representation business, later expanding his role to lead the firm’s tenant representation division in Asia. By 2003, he was focused on strengthening regional collaboration and enhancing connectivity between JLL’s operations in China, Japan, Singapore, India, Australia, and the Philippines.
In 2006, Jeremy moved to New York to support U.S. clients expanding into Asia Pacific while also assisting Asian businesses entering North America. He returned to Hong Kong in 2009 to lead JLL’s transactions business across the region, successfully doubling revenue in just six years.
He holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons)from the University of Westminster.
Outside of work, Jeremy enjoys cooking, and exploring Hong Kong’s hills and waterways with his wife, Alex, their three children, and two dogs.
