Christophe Vicic is Chief Growth Officer for JLL Appraisal and Property Services in Malaysia. He is responsible for driving growth across all real estate asset classes, identifying investment opportunities and strengthening JLL’s position in the region.
Christophe is a seasoned executive with multi-industry experience, including more than 15 years in real estate. His expertise spans strategic expansion, capital investment, mergers and acquisitions and operational efficiency.
Throughout his career, Christophe has held senior leadership roles – including CEO, Managing Director and COO positions – across diverse global markets. His extensive experience spans Africa, Europe, the Middle East and Asia, equipping him with deep cross-cultural expertise and a strong ability to navigate dynamic business environments. He is particularly accomplished in growth and development strategies, corporate transformations and improving business efficiencies.
Before his current role in Malaysia, Christophe served as Country Head of JLL Philippines from 2017 to 2021, where he led business development initiatives and enhanced the firm’s market presence. Prior to that, he was Chief Operating Officer for JLL Russia and CIS from 2009 to 2016. Based in Moscow for the role, he was entrusted with overseeing operations and executing growth strategies in this complex, rapidly evolving market.
With a proven track record of leadership and value creation, Christophe continues to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of real estate investment and development in the region.
He is a graduate of the International Executive Master’s Program in general business administration and management from London Business School, as well as a French Foreign Trade Advisor.
