Current Responsibilities
Stefan Giesemann is a Managing Director in JLL's Hotels & Hospitality Group, overseeing EMEA capital markets. He is responsible for hotel transactions in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), Nordics, and Central and Eastern Europe (CEE). Stefan specializes in leading and executing high-value hotel sales campaigns.
Experience
Since starting at JLL Hotels & Hospitality Group, Stefan Giesemann has overseen the execution of numerous landmark and large-scale single asset and portfolio transaction across Europe, successfully closing deals in excess of EUR 5.5 billion across all risk profiles. This includes a number of complex and high-profile deals, such as the Park Hyatt Vienna or Hilton Berlin, a c. € 900m portfolio across the Nordics, but also multiple core transactions with well-known brands such as Motel One, Premier Inn and Adina as well as M&A deals such as the Vienna International Hotel Group.
