France Retail Capital Markets Dynamics, Q1 2025

1.3 billion euros were invested in the French retail property market in the 1^st quarter of 2025, up almost three times (x2,7) on the same period in the previous year thanks in particular to 2 major transactions.

Thanks to this increase in volumes, retail property accounted for 40% of all real estate investment in France during the quarter, confirming investors' renewed appetite for this asset class.
