Taeho Yi joined JLL Korea as Country Head in 2024, overseeing the strategic management and growth of the firm’s operations across the Korean market. With over 28 years of comprehensive real estate experience—including architecture, development, investment, transactions, and asset management—he brings a multidisciplinary approach to leading JLL’s integrated, client-centric platform in a competitive and rapidly evolving business environment.
Prior to joining JLL, Taeho served for nine years as Country Head of CBRE Investment Management Korea, where he successfully led the development, acquisition, and disposition of major office, logistics, and retail assets. His track record in institutional real estate investment and asset management positions him as a seasoned leader with deep expertise in managing complex portfolios and navigating capital markets.
Taeho began his career as an architect in Seoul, Korea, and spent six years in architectural practice before expanding into broader real estate functions, including property management, development, and investment banking. His diverse background across the full real estate lifecycle enables him to deliver strategic insights and value-added solutions to clients.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Yonsei University in Seoul, Korea, and an MBA from Durham Business School in the United Kingdom. Taeho is also a Certified Architect in Korea.
