Lorenzo is part of the retail brokerage team at JLL, where he specializes in representing landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers in commercial real estate transactions. As a Colorado native, Lorenzo has a deep-rooted understanding of the state’s local market trends and dynamics. He leverages his industry knowledge and negotiation skills to facilitate successful transactions that align with his client’s objectives. His dedicated efforts have contributed to the growth and development of retail establishments across the state.
Experience
Lorenzo has seven years of commercial real estate experience and specializes in retail leasing. He began his career at SullivanHayes Brokerage and later joined the JLL retail advisory group in February 2020.
Education and Affiliations
Lorenzo received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Finance from the University of Colorado Boulder. He also earned an Executive Certificate in Commercial Real Estate from the Leeds School of Business. Lorenzo is a member of the Cherry Creek Chamber of Commerce and Jewish Family Services. Lorenzo is a volunteer at Best Buddies of Colorado and is a participant in the organization’s One-To-One Friendship program.
