Chanda Chann is Senior Vice President, Americas and additionally provides all aspects of the evaluation, negotiation, and successful delivery of real estate services. Chanda is a licensed broker with 20+ years of experience in commercial real estate sales, leasing, and property management.

Committed to building and maintaining positive relationships with colleagues, clients, and diverse stakeholders. She brings decades of vast industry experience in business development, property management to full-service sales and leasing. Chanda utilizes her resources and technology experience to effectively advise and support JLL clients with industry and market specific information as it relates to their business.

Experience:

Chanda, former Senior Property Manager at JLL, brings extensive expertise in managing multi-account portfolios and leading teams through complex commercial and residential transactions. Skilled in coordinating with key stakeholders—brokers, lenders, architects, and engineers—she ensures projects are completed on time. Known for adapting quickly to industry changes, she effectively negotiates favorable lease terms and consistently drives over $3 million in annual sales.

Education and qualifications:

Chanda is a CCIM designee and actively contributes to the real estate industry through leadership roles. Passionate about community impact, and provide educational programs for entrepreneurs and small businesses on commercial investments. She holds a BA in Management (2013) and an MBA in
Marketing (2015) from American Military University, where she remains an engaged alumna and student ambassador.
