JLL Switzerland was mandated by the Board of Trustees of the Investment Foundation Pensimo to evaluate the real estate portfolio of the Casareal (residential buildings) and Proreal (commercial buildings) investment groups. With a direct real estate portfolio of approx. 170 properties with a market value of over CHF 2 billion, the Investment Foundation Pensimo is one of the largest investment foundations with Swiss real estate investment groups. From 2020, JLL will value the properties annually at market value. The JLL valuation team consists of Daniel Schneider and Sabrina Läderach as well as other experienced valuation experts.
Daniel Macht, Senior Vice President and responsible for valuation services at JLL Switzerland, emphasizes: “We are convinced that our great experience in the valuation of large real estate portfolios will enable us to support the Investment Foundation Pensimo in the best possible way.
