Individual Triathlon
If you are looking for the ultimate challenge the Individual Triathlon is for you, starting with a 750m open water swim in the rowing lake, followed by 21.2km on the bike (four laps around the lake), finishing with a 5km run along the edge of the water.

Relay Triathlon
The Relay Triathlon is a team event, which requires 2 or 3 members to share the 3 legs – teams of 3 share the open water 750m swim, followed by a 21.2km bike, and finishing with a 5km run along the lake. If taking part as a team of 2, one person takes on 2 of the legs.
Relay Triathlon - £120
Duathlon
For those that would rather skip the swim, the Duathlon might be for you, starting with a 5km run along the lake, followed by 4 laps around the lake (21.2km) on the bike, finishing with another 2.5km run.
Duathlon - £62
Swim
If swimming is your thing, there is the option to take part in the ultimate 2.2km open water swim; 1 full length of Dorney rowing lake.
Swim - £38
5km Run
There is also a 5km running race, which is two laps along the side of the rowing lake on tarmac paths.

Sub 1 Hour 20
A competitive sprint triathlon wave open to all ages and genders for those able to complete the triathlon in under 1hr 20 mins. Limited places available.

JLL is pleased to partner with Age UK for the Property Triathlon, raising money to support their mission through essential services and local support. This fundraising effort will go towards Age UK’s national advice and friendship services, as well as providing vital assistance to local Age UK charities. These independent organisations offer a range of community services, including exercise classes, home help, and dementia support. Together, we can change older people’s lives – now and in the future.
