Tented Village – Large Tent (Package 1)
- Tent dimensions are 6m x 6m x 2.4m. It has 3 sides and the front is open.
- Includes 2 trestle tables and 5 chairs. You can order more tables and chairs at an additional cost (cost below).
- Tents are in an arc on the grass spectators’ area in the main tented village.
- The cost includes a full colour full advert on the digital results screen which will be displayed intermittently throughout the day.
- You may brand your tent as you see fit (while being considerate to those around you).

The Mound – Medium Tent (Package 2)
- Tent dimensions are 6m x 3m x 2.4m. It has 3 sides and the front is open.
- Includes 2 trestle tables and 5 chairs. You can order more at an additional cost (cost below).
- Tents are located on the grass mound parallel to the run course.
- The cost includes a full colour advert on the digital results screen which will be displayed intermittently throughout the day.
- You may brand your tent as you see fit (while being considerate to those around you).

The Mound – Small Tent (Package 3)
- Tent dimensions are 3m x 3m x 2.4m. It has 3 sides and the front is open.
- Includes 1 trestle tables and 4 chairs. You can order more at an additional cost (cost below).
- Tents are located on the grass mound parallel to the run course.
- The cost includes a full colour advert on the digital results screen which will be displayed intermittently throughout the day.
- You may brand your tent as you see fit (while being considerate to those around you).

Important Information
As part of your corporate tent package, you are entitled to a full colour advert which will be displayed intermittently on our digital results screen.
The specifications are as follows: PNG or PDF file | 960 pixels (w) x 2160 pixels (h), 5mb maximum size.
The guidelines are as follows: any reference to the event should state “JLL Property Triathlon”. Please use the term ‘support’ when describing your relationship with the event. For example “X supports the JLL Property Triathlon”. Please do not use terms such as “sponsor” or “partner”.
The deadline is: please email your artwork to propertytriathlon@jll.com by no later than 13th June 2026.
Dorney Lake will be offering all corporate tents the opportunity to pre-order their food and drink to be delivered to your tent on the event day. Food and drink packages will be confirmed closer to the event date. For more information please contact H.Stock@dorneylake.co.uk.
We will be confirming your exact tent location in the next couple of weeks. However, these locations may change slightly depending on weather conditions in the run up to the event. Please also note that gazebos are not permitted by the venue.
Set up can start from 5.30 am. Please ensure all drop offs are completed by 7.30am on Friday 26th June, the day of the event.
After this time, the access route becomes part of the race course, therefore cars will have to park in the designated car parking areas and anything brought onto the site will have to be carried down from there (an 800m walk).
There is no storage to accept deliveries in the days leading up to the event. Please note that outside of office hours the main and inner gates are closed at Dorney Lake and are not manned, so you won’t be able to gain access outside of working hours.
If you have any issues with delivery times, please contact Dorney Lake directly during opening hours: Mon – Fri 8.00 am to 5.00 pm to discuss if an alternative time is possible.

Map and Directions
When traveling to Dorney Lake by car, on foot or by bicycle, please be aware that the only entry point into the venue is via our Main Entrance Gates located off Court Lane. There is no pedestrian or cycle access from the Thames path, along the Sustrans path which runs along the north of the lake, or from Boveney Road. All pedestrian gates are permanently closed.

There will be plenty of general waste and recycling bins throughout the site and close to your tents so please ensure you follow the guidelines and separate your waste according to the bin signage, and dispose of any food before putting recyclable materials in the recycling bins.
Please ensure your marquee is cleared of all belongings and rubbish by 6.30 pm.
Rubbish and recycling bins are provided in the tented village and skips can be accessed at the back of the tented village at the end of the day. Please do not use the skips during the day as this may interfere with the races.
There will be a fine for those tents which are not properly cleared and left tidy.
