Take-up of brand new multi-let and mid box floorspace totalled 1.4 million sq.ft. in Q2 2025, the greatest quarterly total in the last 12 months.

Immediately available floorspace reached 12.0 million sq.ft. at the end of June 2025 with 53.4% of this space available in multi-let units.

Floorspace speculatively under construction in the multi-let and mid box market ticked upwards from the end of last year but was still -27.9% down on longer term average.

Average prime headline rents across GB increased by 4.3% in the year to June 2025, with 2.3% in Q2 2025 alone.
