UK Living Market Dynamics, Q4 2025

The UK Living investment market saw a record £22.8 billion invested across the year - a 61% increase from 2024. Healthcare dominated, contributing more than half of total investment as US REITs led a wave of major acquisitions. Other sectors also demonstrated resilience, with investment in Purpose-Built Student Accommodation growing 22% to £4.6 billion and single-family housing achieving another record year at £2.6 billion, marking the first time this sub-sector accounted for more than half of total Build-to-Rent investment.
