Steady leasing activity was evident in Q2, with 261,500 sq.ft. of space taken-up, boosting the H1 2025 figure to 581,500 sq.ft.

The 35,400 sq.ft. deal to Softcat was the largest deal to sign in Q2.

New build completions resulted in Grade A vacancy rising over the quarter, although supply should peak over the remainder of the year.
