Annual take-up reached 486,700 sq.ft. which was 14% above the five-year average; making Glasgow one of only two Big 6 markets to outperform this average in 2025.
There are no new builds or major refurbishments under construction and anything that could commence in 2026 will need at least a part pre-let to proceed.
