H1 take-up totalled 185,800 sq.ft., 35% below the 5-year H1 average, but with some significant deals currently under offer the outlook for H2 is more positive.
Supply increased over the quarter due to development completions but given that all available space is currently under offer at 3 Chamberlain Square, this is expected to moderate.
