Andrea Fuhrer is an experienced transaction manager in the Transaction Team at JLL Switzerland and brings in-depth expertise from numerous transaction mandates of various types of use with a total volume of over CHF 2.1 billion. Since joining JLL in 2018, she has significantly contributed to the success of numerous projects.
In addition to her extensive transaction know-how, she is distinguished by her comprehensive valuation experience with properties of all kinds throughout Switzerland. She covers operational project management, transaction execution, and investor support.
Prior to her time at JLL, she worked at EY in the real estate transaction advisory and at IAZI in the portfolio management team.
Andrea Fuhrer holds an MSc in Accounting and Finance from the University of Bern and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
