Tom heads the Commercial Agency Sales in Dubai and plays a key role alongside the Leasing Agency Team, operating effectively across both onshore markets and offshore freezones. He has a proven track record of successful transactions and concultancy services accross a range of commercial assetts in the region.
With previous experience in International Residential, Tom has managed transactions accross several prestigious London developments including Battersea Power Station, Chelsea Barracks, and South Quay Plaza. Serviced high-net-worth individuals and private family requirements across the UAE, KSA and Oman.
In his current role, Tom utilixzes his experience and network of relationships to deliver strategic advice to corporate clients and investors buyers lseeking to establish or expand or grow their presence in the UAE's dynamic real estate market.
