I am a director within the Valuation Advisory team at JLL where I serve as the primary client account lead for multiple major global institutions, working with institutional grade real estate across the APAC region. I also lead JLL's valuation business in Korea, alongside my regional role and Hong Kong responsibilities.
A Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer, I was recognised as a Young Achiever of the Year at the RICS Hong Kong 2021 awards. I specialise in providing multi-market advice to institutional investment and banking clients across the APAC region, I have personally worked on projects in over 30 countries for some of the largest institutions and investors in the world, handling over USD20billion of assets annually.
Based in Hong Kong, but with a strong network across the globe, I help my clients navigate complex markets and assets, priding myself on the value added services that I provide to ensure my clients can maximise their portfolio efficiency.
I have worked across the real estate sector in both the UK and Hong Kong and have previously been recognised as the most active office agent in my market for four consecutive years. Experienced at transactions, valuation, portfolio advisory, property acquisitions & disposals, landlord and tenant matters, asset management and research, I provide a holistic real estate service for my clients.
I have been featured in numerous media and have had articles on real estate published by RICS Property Journal, AM730 and Realinflo and I was the Chairman of Colliers Young Leaders Committee between 2020 and 2022.
With a background in geography and a track record of providing advice to clients on matters such as sustainability, in 2021 I was elected as a Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society in recognition of my work work helping my clients future proof their portfolios in an increasingly uncertain world as we face dual geopolitical and environmental threats.
