Current Responsibilities
With 16 years of consulting experience, Salah is responsible for the successful completion of the work, strategic input, quality assurance and client satisfaction. He has led several complex and high-profile assignments involving the identification and assessment of the market landscape, strategic development advisory, and financial analysis.
Experience
Salah is a senior director and acts as the deputy head of the consulting team in the MEA region. Salah has been primarily involved in Real Estate Advisory for regionally based institutional and private clients, by overseeing a significant number of feasibility and highest and best use studies for mega scale mixed use developments in the region covering an area in excess of 100 million sq m of GFA with a combined investment value in excess of USD 150 billion.
Salah holds a Master’s in Management Degree from ESCP Europe.
