Kate has extensive knowledge of the industry, the CBD market and key potential options drawing on her time working at JLL and Charter Hall.
She has returned to JLL after working for 2 years in a national role on office leadership team at Charter Hall. In this role, she worked with Top Corporate Occupiers on growth/retention, Investor Presentations, strategic oversight of major national leasing activity which has provided her with in-depth knowledge into landlord decision making behaviours.
She has a strong understanding of Landlord motivations and drivers which she will leverage to maximise final transaction outcomes for clients.
