He has advanced professional and technical competencies with excellent negotiation and client relationship skills which have contributed to many profitable and successful business transactions. Chris has held a number of senior positions all in GCC and World leading property consultancies.​​

• Chris is involved in the leasing of projects such as CD-Brookfield Place, a 1.2m sq. ft. Grade A office tower in Dubai, One Central – a 1.6m office development located at Dubai World Trade Center, and One Za’abeel – a new iconic office and lifestyle destination in Za’abeel, Dubai.
• Closed numerous deals in Dubai Key Business districts through developing strongrelationships with clients, landlords and tenants.
• Chris successfully leased and Negotiated 90,000 sq ft to a local government telecommunication company which was a full building in Dubai hills .
• Chris is actively involved in the targeting of high caliber, multinational tenants for leasing projects and excels in leveraging relationships to initiate, retain and repeat business across various projects and new project pitches.
