Professional Experience:
Chris has over 20 years’ experience in the valuation industry becoming a Registered Valuer in 1999 and advancing to Associate of the New Zealand Institute of Valuers in 2011.
He has a wide range of valuation experience including being a residential panel valuer for the major trading banks, multi-unit residential development, compensation, EQC landslip, insurance, assessment of ownership interests, matrimonial, and investment property valuations.
