Ann Vanderwegen

Ann Vanderwegen is a Valuer in the Value and Risk Advisory department at JLL Belux, a position she has held since 2023.

Ann specialises in the valuation of industrial and logistics properties within the Belgium and Luxembourg markets. Her expertise includes in-depth market analysis, financial modeling, and comprehensive risk assessment, providing clients with accurate and strategic valuation advice.

Prior to joining JLL, Ann spent over two decades at King Sturge Belgium, where she held various roles and gained extensive experience across a wide range of disciplines. At JLL, from 2011 to mid-2023 she was responsible for industrial & logistics, retail, and living research in the Belgian and Luxembourg research team.

Ann holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Honim (Brussels, 1987).
