The Announcement
JLL announced today that Nestlé, the world's largest food and beverage company, has selected the firm as its global real estate services provider. The assignment encompasses integrated leasing transaction management and strategic advisory services for Nestlé’s entire real estate portfolio, across office, industrial and retail properties in 130 countries.
Building on existing lease administration services that JLL provides for Nestlé, the agreement combines JLL's Work Dynamics and Leasing Advisory capabilities in an integrated account structure to deliver seamless, flexible client service across regions and business lines. JLL will provide further interconnected commercial real estate services through its Valuation and Risk Advisory, wider Portfolio Services, and technology division, JLL Technologies (JLLT).
"Forward-thinking companies are no longer viewing real estate as a fixed cost, but as a dynamic driver of business value,” said Sue Asprey Price, CEO, EMEA Work Dynamics & Global Head of Portfolio Services. “We are delighted to support an industry leader like Nestlé as they embrace this evolution, and we look forward to leveraging our integrated global platform to unlock potential for their business worldwide."
JLL’s proprietary technology platform, which includes AI-powered analytics and data visualisation tools, will provide Nestlé with enhanced intelligence to support decision-making across its global footprint. This includes JLL Azara, an AI-powered data analysis application designed to transform how business leaders interact with corporate real estate and facilities management data, and Horizon, JLL’s proprietary AI platform that combines public and non-public market intelligence to identify investment opportunities and deploy capital with greater confidence. Nestlé will be supported by a global account team led by Work Dynamics' Iain Franklin and Louise Humpish, with Leasing Advisory's Jim Panczykowski continuing his role as relationship executive, ensuring unified coordination across regions and service lines, as well as driving global continuity for both organisations with a particular focus on supporting Nestle’s distinct industrial and special asset portfolio.
Companies are increasingly shifting from fixed, long-term real estate commitments to agile, 'elastic portfolios' that flex across asset types to better meet changing organizational goals, according to JLL's 2026 Future of Work survey. High-quality, integrated data is key to this strategic agility, transforming corporate real estate from a line item into a platform for competitive advantage and business resilience.
"Clients are looking for tangible value from their real estate, whether through cost optimisation, enhanced flexibility or supply chain resilience,” said Andy Poppink, CEO, Leasing Advisory, EMEA and APAC. “We are pleased to expand our relationship with Nestlé and leverage our deep market expertise, global platform and powerful analytics to help them achieve their goals across their diverse global portfolio.”
“When two world-class organisations like Nestlé and JLL come together, the relationship itself becomes a competitive advantage,” said Panczykowski. “It's the people, on both sides, who bring that relationship to life every day, and we couldn't be more excited about what we’ll build together."
