Owing to JLL’s expertise in retail projects across the Middle East and Africa, our Project & Development Services team was appointed to provide project management, cost management, and retail tenancy management services. Our role includes design management, cost planning, procurement, change management, construction management and handover.

Upon completion, the three-storey mall with a basement car park will accommodate more than 300 stores of apparel, cosmetics, electronics, household appliances and sports brands, and various restaurants and cafes, including a Food Hall. A 27,500 sqm IKEA store, opened since 2016, will anchor the mall, including the 8,500 sqm Marjane hypermarket, 10,000 sqm of indoor and outdoor leisure areas, a fun zone, and a 5 500 sqm cinema complex.
