Schneider Electric required a new office in Dubai to accommodate its expanding operations and growing workforce. Their vision extended beyond a traditional office space; they aimed to find a commercial building that would serve as a living showcase for their smart building technologies. As a global strategic partner, Schneider Electric engaged JLL to help realise its goals.

Working hand-in-hand with Schneider Electric, JLL's Project & Development Services team assumed the role of project manager and cost manager, overseeing the entire project life cycle. From the early stages of planning and scheduling to design development and the selection and engagement of consultants, our team led each phase of the project, including construction, fit-out, and handover.

The project was scheduled under a tight timeline with multiple design variations and diverse stakeholders with competing priorities. By implementing strategic phased construction, proactive risk management, and regular stakeholder coordination, our team delivered the project on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standards.
