The challenge
The primary objective of the company’s new local anchor was to consolidate the company's operations, previously spread across two floors, into a single optimized level within the same building. However, the challenge extended far beyond a straightforward spatial reorganization: the client took the opportunity refresh their corporate visual identity and create a space that would truly embody organizational values while supporting modern work practices through flexible, dynamic design.

JLL, which has been working with the insurance firm on multiple projects for the past several years,guided the client through every stage of the real estate process with fully tailored solutions. Our Leasing Advisory team supported the company throughout lease negotiations, ensuring seamless transition to their new workspace. Meanwhile, our Project & Development Services team delivered comprehensive project and cost management, providing complete oversight from initial planning through final delivery. This created continuity throughout the entire process via single-point accountability, streamlining timelines, maintaining constant budget oversight, supervising high quality work and updating all project stakeholders at every stage.
During the actual build-out, we addressed various technical and logistical complexities through an approach ensuring continuous quality control. This integrated methodology positively impacted both time and costs while maintaining exceptional standards, providing the flexibility needed to respond quickly to emerging requirements during execution.
We achieved these results through close collaboration with Tétris on interior design, furnishingand fit-out. Proactive partnership management enabled us to meet predetermined quality specifications and deliver ahead of initially challenging deadlines. Meticulous procurement organization significantly reduced budget impact without compromising delivery schedules.
The project
The new offices occupy the Time Building, a distinctive 1930s architectural landmark completely renovated to meet the highest international sustainability standards, earning LEED Platinum certification for Core & Shell Development and BREEAM International In-Use Very Good recognition.
We created a versatile, human-centered work environment designed to adapt to evolving organizational needs while fostering interpersonal connections and ensuring employee wellbeing and productivity.
The space seamlessly integrates strategically positioned functional zones: open collaboration areas featuring reconfigurable modular workstations, quiet spaces for focused individual work, coffee points, and phone booths ensuring privacy. Meeting rooms with movable walls incorporate advanced videoconferencing technology, offering flexible configurations from intimate informal meeting spaces to executive conference rooms and training facilities.
Relaxation areas with break zones and café facilities encourage colleague interaction and idea exchange in welcoming settings, supporting both downtime and corporate events.
Our wellness approach balances physical and psychological comfort through inclusive design featuring premium ergonomic furniture, height-adjustable workstations, personalized lighting and climate controls, biophilic elements, and acoustically optimized environments.
Environmental sustainability permeates every aspect through recycled and recyclable materials, eco-friendly finishes, natural elements, and energy-efficient lighting systems.
Wireless technology, digital booking platforms, and mobile furniture complete the ecosystem, enabling agile, personalized workspace utilization.
