Redha, a Senior Interior Designer within JLL’s Project & Development Services team in Dubai, specializes in creating functional and inspiring workspaces. With a background in hospitality design, she brings a unique perspective to corporate environments, discovering that the principles of creating welcoming spaces and designing for diverse user experiences are increasingly valued in modern workplace design.
"What really sealed my decision to be part of JLL team is their forward design approach, the way they treat aesthetics and functionality in one project," Redha explains. Her role spans the entire project lifecycle, from understanding the client’s organizational culture and operational needs to guiding comprehensive design strategies that balance business objectives with aesthetic vision.
One of Redha's most memorable projects involved designing an investment banking office in Abu Dhabi. The project successfully balanced functionality, security requirements, and aesthetics through a sophisticated mix of corporate design with authentic UAE cultural elements, earning recognition as a benchmark for the client's future developments. "Every decision from construction material selection to IT, AV integration had to meet both aesthetics and security standards," she notes.
