Inclusion matters to me because I spend more waking hours during the week with my coworkers than I do with my family. It’s important that my time is spent at a place where I have a purpose, feel valued, and am a part of something bigger. The more inclusive an environment the more engaged people feel. Engaged people are happy, healthy and deliver better solutions for our clients.
