Paul Morgan leads a team of operations professionals across JLL’s business lines and Corporate Functions, enabling JLL teams across the organization to connect seamlessly and efficiently to deliver meaningful client outcomes. His team is responsible for turning strategy into execution by driving synergies across JLL’s unified, technology-enabled platform.
He also has responsibility for the Transformation Office, Corporate Sustainability and HSSE teams, and sits on JLL’s Global Executive Board.
Morgan joined JLL in 2016, initially leading the Corporate Solutions Business Line for the central U.S. and Canada. His career includes over 18 years with Johnson Controls, where he held a variety of executive leadership positions in sales, strategy, account management and operations.
At Johnson Controls, Paul held the position of Americas CEO for Global Workplace Solutions, where he led over 5,000 employees and was responsible for strategy, marketing, business development, client relationship management, people development and P&L. He also led the Global Oil & Gas Industry vertical as Division President, driving significant growth in over 40 countries. His experience at Johnson Controls also includes various functional leadership roles within the GWS business, such as oversight of industry sectors, business development, accounts and consulting.
Originally from the UK, Paul began his career as a graduate trainee with Thames Water. He holds a PhD in Organic Chemistry from the University of Manchester and a degree in Chemistry from the University of Salford.
